Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lending services of B.S.S.M.R. LIONS LENDING CORP. ("B.S.S.M.R.", "we", "us"). By submitting a loan application or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Company Information
B.S.S.M.R. LIONS LENDING CORP. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines under Registration No. CS201423095 and holds Certificate of Authority No. 1661 to operate as a lending company.
Eligibility
- Filipino citizen aged 21–65 (or as otherwise permitted by law).
- Valid government-issued ID and verifiable contact details.
- Proof of income and/or business documentation as applicable.
Application and Verification
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and authorize us to verify information with employers, banks, credit bureaus, and third-party service providers for KYC, fraud prevention, and credit evaluation.
Loan Offers and Acceptance
Approval is at our sole discretion. A loan is granted only when you accept the formal loan disclosure and agreement provided to you. The agreement will state the loan amount, interest rate, fees, repayment schedule, and other key terms.
Interest, Fees, and Charges
Applicable interest rates, processing fees, documentary stamp tax (if any), and other charges will be fully disclosed prior to acceptance. No hidden fees. Late payment charges may apply as stated in your loan agreement.
Disbursement
Upon approval and acceptance, funds will be disbursed via supported channels (e.g., bank transfer). Disbursement timelines may vary based on verification and banking cut-off times.
Repayment
You agree to repay the loan according to the disclosed schedule and via the permitted payment channels. Early repayment policies (including any applicable fees) will be indicated in your agreement.
Late Payment and Default
If you miss a due date, late fees and/or additional interest may apply as disclosed. Persistent non-payment may result in collections activity consistent with law and reporting to credit bureaus.
Responsible Use and Prohibited Activities
You will not provide false information, misuse our services, or engage in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct. We may suspend or terminate services for violations.
Communications and E-Signatures
You consent to receive communications electronically (email/SMS) and agree that electronic signatures and records are valid and enforceable as permitted by law.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where not permitted by law.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you before they take effect.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
